When you register and create your account with trademategroup.com, we'll remember your information so that the checkout process is a breeze. You'll also be able to store all your addresses, manage your email preferences and check your order history too.

 

 

can I place an order without registering?

Yes, you can. You can also check your order status from the help desk without registering, but registering will give you access to more information about your order.

 

 

what will you do with my information after I register?

Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you create. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information at any time from the "your account" page. We will only use your information in accordance with our privacy policy found here.

 

 

what if I forget my password?

No problem. We can give you a hint. If you still can't remember, we can reset your password and email a new one to you. We can't give out passwords over the phone or email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

 

 

how do you know my name when I visit your site?

what will you do with my address book information?

Your address book is your personal storage space. We do not use the names of the people in your address book for any reason. Also, we can reference your address book and all other information in your account when placing phone orders too.

 

 

when I register, will I be receiving Trademate Group catalogs by mail?

Yes. When you register or place an order with us, you are automatically added to our mailing list.

Please note: with the exception of Canada, we are not able to mail catalogs to our international customers at this time.
